Lowe's and the company they use to deliver the appliances are unorganized. The delivery company called to schedule a delivery the night before, then called the day of delivery to say they are running late so they changed the time. Well they were supposed to be here by 8:30pm...they didn't show up and the delivery guy finally called at 9pm to say that he's an hour away and can't deliver the frig cause its dark.
