This has been my worse experience dealing with any retailer. I ordered a kitchen Island back on May 1st. The delivery service.. Horrible! Was to be assembled delivered in boxes. Took two weeks for them to pick up boxes and return to the store. Now I have spent the last HOUR with customer service trying to simply have the order amount $600 plus returned to my credit card! Run from Lowes! A big box nightmare!
I knew exactly what I needed and had just a few minutes to get it done, so I immediately asked for assistance with some tiles. Someone was paged to meet me in that area. Waited 10 minutes....paged again....waited 10 more minutes....then I left. Ridiculous. Never again.
I have shopped your store for years. I have bought: sheetrock, lumber, patio blocks, nails, screws, power tools, doors, windows, kitchen appliances, dryer, washer, wood flooring, porcelain flooring, cleaning supplies, paint, blinds, heating materials, cabinets, plumbing, hardware, electrical, lights, molding, plants and outdoor garden.
