Terrible customer service, I was on hold for over 45 minutes, called on another cell phone and was on hold there for 23 minutes. This happened on multiple days at multiple times. Placed an order July 3, they oversold the product so only half my order arrived at the store and then never delivered what did arrive on the planned delivery date.At least Keith the manager was nice enough to help out but whomever was there the next day messed up BIG time since nothing ever arrived. Horrible experience at Lowe's #1665 on Cottage Grove Road in Bloomfield, CT. I ordered 3 items online and they were ready for pick up the next day (today). I drove to Lowe's intending to do the curb side pick up, as I was on a call for work. I hung up the call in order to quickly call the number listed on the curb side pick up sign. May 26th. Lowe’s in Bloomfield CT. Not even making any attempt to be COVID safe. Came home and showered immediately. What a piss poor effort by this store to keep their customers safe.
I've tried for 2 days now to reach anyone at your store. Doesn't matter what number I pick from the menu, no one answers. what I want you can't order online you have to pick up...I want to know if it's in stock before I take the trip over. If your site told you if something is in stock that would have eliminated me trying to reach a staff member.
imrpove customer service with training and hire more help. I ordered a lawn mower Mon morning for pick up not even delivery and I am still waiting to go get the mower Tues at noon ..?????????????
Has nice stuff. but be prepared to puchase plastic bags the charge 11 cents for each.
