David, from the paint department only likes white customers. Don't go to him for help if you are not white. He'll treat you like shit for no reason. The manager Donald doesn't seem like he's going to do anything about it.
Ordering $10,000 worth of flooring over a month ago from them and still hasn’t been installed!!! Have been given the run around as to why they haven’t been out to install and now it was supposed to be started today and guess what... NOPE! Another delay!!! Stay away from Lowe’s in Hermitage! They are quick to take your money but not to do the work they charge you for!

Painted my living room. Had to bring TWO gallons of paint back. Neither one matched what I had bought the first time. Now my living room is two different colors!! Thanks for the help... not.
