On 7/19/2020, the temperature inside Lowe’s was high; the store wasn’t adequately cooled. One person was working at a register; I flagged down an employee to ask that they open another register. After waiting another 10 minutes or so to check out, I had to leave the store without making any purchases. I passed out from heat exhaustion immediately after exiting the store. Your refund policy, why can you walk in with a cash receipt and get a cash refund, but walk in with a paid in full statement and have to wait 2 weeks to get a refund check. This is NOT right or fair. We have been a valued customer for over 40 years but NO MORE!!!! SHAME ON YOU!!!!!😡😡😡😡😡

@Lowes installed 20 new windows for me in December of 2018 and all 20 have been leaking buckets of water since the installation. Installers admit to sealing windows to vinyl siding (not underlying waterproofing layer) but Lowes still not admitting culpability. What a nightmare.
