I selected an item based on the price posted on the shelf. That was not the price that rang up and the staff was condescending and rude to me. They told me I was wrong and the price was correct. It wasn't until I went back to the shelf and pointed out the price, they honored it. Won't be shopping here again.
Poor , slow service. Been the same for the past decade.
2 people working customer service with a manager/supervisor standing right next to it with a line if 6-7 customers waiting!! We waited 25 + with no apology or reference to waiting forever! Ridiculous!
I handed a $20 to pay and the cashier hands it back! I asked if this is some kind of a April Fools joke and she said NO, there was another $20 stuck to the one you handed me!!! THANKS LOWES
