I called to ask about plywood and wood options. I was advised that they could cut it so I proceeded there only to find that their saw has been broken for a week. I should have been told this on the phone. Worst service EVER!
All the 'new' hires at this store have no clue what 'customer service' is. They are in their little world and ignore customers who need help ... If this allowed zero stars that's what I'd give them.
