I ordered a dishwasher online, and attempted to get 10% off will my military discount that I had already verified with store. The site wouldn’t allow me to get my discount. I then ordered it anyways for a 12-4 delivery the following weekend. The next weekend 12-4 came and went, and my dishwasher still hadn’t been delivered, even though I live three blocks from the store. Like looks like I will be going to Home Depot for my future high dollar remodel update needs

Brady in flooring was the most helpful employee that we have encountered at Lowe's. We normally have to go look for help but he went above and beyond to help us. When we buy flooring again we definitely will be going there. Hopefully Brady will be helping us.
Absolutely horrific customer service. My husband and I purchased a Weber natural gas grill 2 weeks ago. The grill retailed for $900+. Above the grills inside there was a banner that advertised free assembly, delivery, and install with purchases over $399 or $499 (can't remember exactly which number, but regardless our grill qualified for this promotion). I bought a freezer about 3 weeks ago to be delivered today. I saw the freezer and it was in your system to be sold. I scheduled it to be delivered today but found out it was no longer there. it was sold out from underneath me probably to an employee. I want a refund and it will be a long time before I buy there again

An employee (a white older man) told my husband (who is Mexican American), after helping a lady (who was also white) that isn't my job; when he asked for help in us picking up an order we purchased online last evening. Racism is alive and well at Lowe's, which is why we stopped going to Home Depot. As staunch supporters of legal immigration and our curremt President, I find this ridiculous.
