I've been working with #Lowes for the last several months on a kitchen remodel project. After a lot of going back and forth on the design, the cabinets, appliances, etc we finally had everything hammered out and pretty close to my budget for the project. I love this store !!! Always has everything I need and the garden department is wonderful !!!
When I went "window shopping" we ended up buying a vanity for our master suite, we got military discount (husband is retired). When we went to go pick it up, they told us that there is a crack in the inside of the Vanity, which is an easy fix. But they gave us an extra 20% for the inconvenience. Every other time I go in there, I always have wonderful service.
Wish I could give negative stars. Went to order interior doors and couldn't get anyone to help me in the door department. Had them page 2 times before I finally just left and went to Home Depot.
worst customer service ever, clerk is giving her number to a old man and chit chatting away while custmors need help, hes trying to get his son a date, the clerk is the manger of the store
