Just wondering if anyone works here? Found the wood I needed but no one to cut it. Sat here for over 20 minutes, decided to leave and cut it myself. Walked around a few times, saw no one. Yea, the guy at the lumber register can see me sitting here plain as day.
I love going to Lowes. I have never had a bad experience. Today's visit was excellent because I walked in and asked someone where to find the charcoal. I was directed to aisle 26. I got a 2 pk and was carrying it to the checkout (forgot to get a basket). I young man approached me and asked me if I need needed assistance. I said yes and he carried my charcoal to the checkout. Then he carried it to my car (in 100+ degree Texas heat). Thanks Jason! You really made my day.
Of course you are willing to substitute a 14.00 order with a 12.00 replacement - you let me order and then said sorry ~ someone just walked out with the last 7 ~ your customer service is lousy
Went to lowes today to get paint and the girl my husband asked for help was so dismissive to the point of being rude ended up at Home Depot where we were helped and got everything we needed in ten minutes...
We purchased and appliance online and had it delivered next-day. Noticed it happened to be the wrong one after it was installed. Spoke with one of the store managers "Dee" over the phone and he got everything squared away that same day and with a smile to boot. I am super impressed by this store's management and customer service. We will certainly be back. Thank you for all you do!
Worse than poor! Extremely disappointed in the delivery of a new washer and dryer. You would think a simple install should include the drain hose being setup. Instead it was still taped to the machine and they started it when they left. Needless to say, flooded my laundry room, storage and into the garage. Luckily I was there and took hours to get it up. Had I not been it would have sat and ruined more than just some storage stuff. Of course my time means nothing to them. Sorry they say. Will not return to this store.
