We love your garden center and main store. Folks are so helpful. We try our best to avoid your lumber area. Getting help there near impossible. Once they stop chatting amongst themselves, like the 3 employees just a few minutes ago, and you get assistance getting items to the checkout, they become like cock roaches when the lights go on. No one around to help you load. We aren’t spring chickens anymore and need assistance with 60# bags. Wish your lumber ataff cared.
I am truly sad that I now bypass Lowe's Home Improvement stores to go to Home Depot. Lowe's used to be my favorite home improvement store to shop and I would always choose it over Home Depot. However, this last year, I have found Lowe's has stopped carrying many basic items that a wood worker or handyman would use. You cannot even find them online. I waited 15 minutes to ask a question about a bathroom valve and the guy disappears to take a personal call.
We purchased all of our appliances with extended warranty thru Lowes 2 years ago- NEVER AGAIN!! Its been 2 weeks since I've called Lowes customer service to have a Washer/Dryer service come out. They came out almost 2 weeks ago, said 3/5 business days to order part. Zero follow-up on their end. I called last week, no answer. Called again today with ZERO RESOLUTION! It's taken 2 weeks to order a part that is in stock. This 3rd party repair company has fallen off the earth and Lowes could care less.
I don't know when u last took inventory or a truck, but shelves everywhere are empty..... Someone needs to look at this!
