Robert at the paint counter was rude and unhelpful. We wanted to purchase a paint sprayer that was up high and it needed an associate to get it down. He said “that looks hefty” and went back to serving over people. After stupidly waiting 20 mins we realized he wasn’t coming back or sending anyone. When I said to him “you didn’t help us”, he basically shrugged and mumbled at me.

Terrible experience. Went to look at a particular patio furniture set that online showed 1 available. Got to the store, the sales lady confirmed they had one but it was the display. She said they couldn’t sell it. They have some one order but no idea when they would get them because of COVID. I asked if we could maybe see if the manager would make an exception to sell us the display then. I ordered an item online. Got email notification. Drove 20 minutes to pick it up. When I get there the item was not pulled yet. I asked if I can go ahead and get the order since I’ve already paid for it and here in store. The clerk stated I could and they would just process everything else out when I returned back to the desk. I get the item, come back to the pick up area. The lady that originally helped me was gone. During this pandemic, don't tout "online order and pickup" if you don't include simple items like potting soil and mulch. You're going to have to load it for me anyway, and I would much rather practice social distancing, so why can't I just place the order online and pick it up? Big shout-out to Tractor Supply for accommodating customers.

So sad I am at Lowe’s and I have to say their customer service has gone down. I am here for an online order and the kid at the customer service desk is chewing gum like a cow, not once did he look up and make eye contact with me!! Was not even greeted with a smile! I know jobs are stressful but you still need to make eye contact with your customer and you really should not be chewing gum like a cow!!!!

Had a fence installed looks like crap poor job. Manager Tony came to my moms house agreed. Said would get the fence people out to fix also said the spare lumber would get picked up for a credit and it is still sitting 3 plus weeks later. Poor customer service. This will not end til it’s fixed.. I will have news stations and blast bad reviews constantly everywhere until this matter is handled. They took advantage of a 68 year old woman.
