Out of stock on too many items! 😡 Home Depot was no Better and I found the items I needed @ Tractor Supply! GO FIGURE!
Delivery drivers dropped an outdoor kitchen in my driveway and refused to put it on porch cause it was muddy. Terrible experience.

Always spend more than I mean too. Because there is sooo much kewl stuff. Employees are helpful. I prefer lowes to Home Depot.
Went in with my 8 year old to get supplies to build a fort and had to very helpful workers help us with not only supplies, but a bit of the planning and letting me know what else I would need. Thank you for providing great customer service Jason and Will!
Went in looking for lighting fixtures. Couldn't find a displayed product in the bins. Summoned an employee who seemed disinterested in my search. He quickly pointed to a bin in and walked off. The products were in the wrong bins and the lights I wanted were not present. There were other boxed fixtures on the floor that weren't in display. A complete mess of confusion. I asked a cashier to get another employee. After about 10 min of waiting, I left. Not my first unpleasant experience at this store either. I'm done.
I went into the store to find staples for a pneumatic staple gun that was purchased there previously. First, I could not find any employees to help me. When I did, he sent me to the wrong part of the store. I finally found someone after standing in the middle of the isle yelling, "Does anyone work here?" After 20 mins of searching for a box of staples. Two employees tried to send me away with the incorrect staples not once but twice.
