We had a Pergo floor installed in our family room in March 2011. It creaks and shifts in certain areas whenever we enter the room. I spoke to someone in the flooring department last week, and he said nothing can be done at after 6 months. We paid $1,936 for one room (we have the original paperwork) and the expectation was that we would have a proper functioning floor for many years, not for just a few months.
