Lowe's -- I purchased a new washer on Memorial Day weekend and they brought it to me the very next day. But, it was dead as a doornail on Sunday night and I called Lowe's (on Sunday evening). Cameron told me that he would deliver a new washer first thing in the morning and he did. Service there is beyond compare. Thank you Cameron, Monica and all of the wonderful people at our local Lowe's. (I also posted this on the Moms of Murphy.)
Worst customer service ever! I wish I didn’t have to give it even 1 star! Eric at the customer service desk is a total jerk and should not be dealing with customers

Now I know why I only shop at Home Depot!!! Rude employees! Or employees who don't have an answer or just guess.. if you don't know ask someone! And if a customer asks for a second basket don't cop an attitude about it, they probably need more than one cart especially if going to garden!!!!
Vince went above and beyond to help me locate a product in the store. He didn't give up! I truly appreciate the great customer service.
