can't get my product that I ordered and can't talk to a human....now my shed is showing not available...I could have ordered thru Walmart or Ace Hardware & had it already but I went with you....also can't get my grill order either...Good Service Lowe's getting to be like Sears....Won't get my business
This store does not have employees wearing masks. They claim that they wipe down the register after each customer, but they did not do so today. The employee gave my husband a dirty look for standing back in line where had been instructed by signage to wait. He went in for necessary plumbing equipment. I highly recommend avoiding this store during Covid-19.

Great place to get all of your home improvement needs
The guy that cut my rope took 25 minutes to do so. The cash register froze. I was directed to another register.... it froze. Redirected to the first register after it was rebooted. It froze again. Redirected to second register .... it couldn’t access my tax exempt profile. Had to purchase my items than cashier had to go to customer service to refund my tax. No apologies, but they did seem embarrassed. I was too when I had to explain to my employer why I wasted so much time Should have taken 10 minutes.... ended up taking 45.... read more
Ha ha ha ha ha. Not planning ing on going back to that location. Cashier was rude and yelled at us for asking to throw a cup away and the cup was from the lemonade inside the front entrance. Next time I will go to Home Depot for my home repair needs
love lowes ,theres a home depot 1 mile from my house ,but id rather drive 5 miles down the road to Lowe's.its cleaner better organized,and theres always someone available to help out.go to home depot and its messy un organized, cant ever find anybody to help ,so im a Lowe's customer for life
