The employees are very helpful and courteous. Always great with returns as well.
If I could give them a half star I would. They suck. Worst customer service ever! Stay away....go to Home Depot, they have their s**t together.
Extremely poor customer service - appliance purchase and delivery
It's not often a shopping outing brings me to tears, but that's exactly what happened today. When the manager learned I was buying supplies to make crosses to support a friend battling cancer with fundraising, he didn't hesitate to join in the cause. His generosity was unexpected and a welcome surprise. It's things like this that make me a lifetime customer. Thanks for being awesome, I am your biggest raving fan!
Annoyed at the moment. Rescheduled delivery supposed to be between 8-12 this morning for an item I ordered 5 days ago. Just got a call it will be between 12-3. My ENTIRE day is shot now having to just wait because who knows when it will be delivered.
My partner bought a house recently, and we've spent an ungodly amount of time here the last few weeks. Staff has been extremely helpful throughout. Carlos in the millwork department have us all the information and guidance we needed to successfully replace an entry door in our garage, and Kelsey from Home Decor walked us through having a complete set of blinds installed in the house. Overall awesome experience!!
