Hire some cashiers! I will not check my self out! and I will continue to leave the products in the cart if there are no cashiers at their stations~I dont want to work for Lowes if I did I would have applied for a job

Didn’t even want to leave 1 Star. Came here last week and pushed the button for help in insulation and 25-30 later no one came. Told the people up front and they said, “Oh maybe because it’s late no One can help you.” It was 7:30pm!!!! Came back today and literally standing in the insulation isle for over 15 minutes with the button pushed and NOT ONE person has come to help me again and it’s 3:04 pm. This is sad and ridiculous! Guess I’m leaving and going to Home Depot now
I bought a service protection plan and it’s like having both. Fields Appliance Repair is the worst appliance repair company I have ever used. I was forced to use this company due to its contract with Lowe’s. When the technician Brian came out all he did was hook up my washer to his diagnostic machine and told me it was all my fault, he never took it apart to check the problem. You might have to retrain your employees on what they say to their customers. Just because a person is fat doesn’t mean that they are pregnant. Nor do they need to ask when the baby is due.
