Another attempt to use my lowes gift card ended with disappointment. This store is limited items. The hardware sold individually isn't marked, so the register experience is unbearable. I left, no purchase. Just tag/or pic the dam pieces, it's not that hard. I have yet to have a positive experience at this store. Good luck. Now, what to do with my $60 gift card?
Time and time again this store fails to deliver! Their customer service is the WORST! There's never anyone to help you and they all have horrible attitudes. I hate that they are one of only 2 stores within this area.

Get new managers! This store has serious management issues. Nobody knows anything. Getting something delivered? Don't hold your breath waiting for a delivery phone call for delivery time. Nobody knows where the driver is!

terrible managed. no follow up rude management. Tammy promised to follow up never heard. tractor delivered partially unassembled and short key and owner's manual
