Does Not Honor "Protection Plus Insurance Plans" That They Sold To Me...Worst Experience I've Had At A Home Improvement Store. Made Me Travel 980 Miles To Replace An Appliance They Sold & Installed...Could Have Just Credited My Lowe's Credit Card & Picked Up The Washing Machine. Service Rep Stated It Failed Because It Was Not Properly Balanced...LOWE'S Installed It! DON'T BUY FROM LOWE'S STORE...New Store, New Employees...New Learning Curve For Them To Learn CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Scheduled an appointment with the Pro Center to get an estimate for fence installation. I was given a 3-19-16 12:00pm appointment. I called to confirm my appointment and was advised he (Bill) would reach my home at 12:30pm. It is now 1:35pm and Bill has not shown up or called. I called the store to find out what was going on. They gave me Bill's mobile number but it went to voicemail. If you can help it go to Home Depot because this Lowes and their service SUCKS!!!!!!
Cis is the best customer service person ever! Caroline was rude and dismissive.
Never enough registers open....one register yet again open and self check out closed! They need new management.
