This is the first and the last time I order from Lowe's ever! My delivery was suppose to be Monday. Monday comes no delivery no phone call. I call and they tell me they tell me the truck broke down and it would come tomorrow. Tomorrow it never comes. 4 days later I still don't have it! They have my$600 but I have nothing. Never again! You blew it Lowes! Get your acct together! #lowes
I had even a worse experience the subcontractor we go through Lowe’s left us hanging without a kitchen. Floor for over two weeks despite numerous calls to Lowe’s and the contractors manager to the point that we had to hire another contractor to undo the damage Lowe’s contractor did. When we asked for our money back they gave us the run around and we are still waiting for a refund. Never again !
One month ago we went to Lowe’s in Paramus. We need a new screen door.....we spoke to a sales person, picked out a door and paid $35 to have someone come and measure. We have now been to Lowe’s 4 times since and called 2 times. It took them 3 weeks to get someone to our house to measure on a Sunday.....even though we know it is a standard door and the store still has not received the measurements. Horriblely bad customer service and management. No one take care after they sold their product. Everyone who working there say ‘I have no control and responsibility.’
I never had a problem with Lowes until last night. I shop at the Paramus NJ Lowes and usually I'm helped quickly. I was looking to replace a bathtub overflow plate, even brought the old one with me. I was also looking for a plastic replacement towel bar that inserts into the wall tiles. Waited and waited for someone after a Plumbing associate was paged. The absolute worst shopping experience I’ve ever had. We ordered a front door on August 25, to arrive 3 weeks later. We still haven’t received the door and aren’t going to until December (if we ever get it at all). Stay away.
