Awful customer service. Nightmare
Looking for patio furniture none was displayed no associate to ask.
We ordered a freezer at the beginning of April because Lowe's Paramus said it would be delivered in Mid-May. Well, I called and asked for a date and I was told "not before July" because they have none in stock. THAT was the main reason we chose Lowe's after checking with multiple stores. We have just found out that a friend ordered a freezer from Home Depot AFTER we ordered ours and they're getting delivery next week. We are NOT HAPPY CAMPERS.
RecommendedI would go back. But a message for corporate- some of your employees seem a little overworked right now. Please take good care of your employees. Thank you.

Ordered a vanity from Loews and they were unable to keep delivery date. Will be late by 10 days and push back our move in date by weeks. The Manager Rich and Tyrell were if no help and could care less. Very disappointing that a home improvement store does not understand the environment it serves - construction and deadlines.
I purchased flooring October 25 , 2018 and is now November 24th and the installers have not come back to finish my work. My furniture was moved, cable wires was taken out and they never put my furniture and cables back in place. They have told me they are waiting for transition pieces. I called Lowes several times and they claimed the transition are not in yet. They dont return my call and I'm very annoyed right bo
