Well I think that's the last time I ever shop in this store. Casher actually tried to berate us at the checkout for inserting the credit card before the cashier finished scanning everything, and then didn't want to let us leave the store because we selected an ereceipt. Then the “manager” that came over just tried to ignore any concern we had, and rush us out the store, as the cashier continued to try an berate us at the checkout. Ordered a dishwasher online, and this store was responsible for the delivery. Getting an accountable person on the phone from the store is a nightmare, and has taken a minimum of 5 calls, and many unbearable 10-20 minute holds (many with no answer). Our order was promised to us for over 4 delivery windows that were all missed entirely, and their customer service manager didn't even bother to apologize when I called to ask them to intervene. Avoid working through them for any deliveries at all costs if you can.
SHAME ON YOU!!!! You piled all the snow in all the HANDICAP PARKING SPOTS!!! YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES!!!! You do sell snow blowers, shovels, etc. Get your employees to go out there and clean those spots out!!!!
I will recommend to everyone because you could find there all the things or everything you need it. And all the staff they really friendly if you wanna ask them what are you looking for. So thanks Lowe’s, more power.
