Recommendedright now, I wanted to say that yesterday, I visited your store to get some plants for my planters, the aisles were cluttered with boxes and that huge step ladder on wheels was taking up the aisle. I bought a ladder and their receipt printing machine was not working. Because a receipt wasn't printed the associate re-ran my credit card a second time charging my credit card twice for the one ladder. Getting this rectified with Lowes has been a terrible experience. I wish to never shop there again; especially when I am paying double for their merchandise. Awful experience.

Good luck trying to get them to pick up the phone. I’ve been trying for 2 hours this morning with multiple occasions of the phone ringing for over 20 minutes with no answer until they hang up the phone on me.
I placed order on May 2 and I got email from Lowes on May 6 that my item is available for pickup now. Between May 2 to May 6 there was no communication so I assumed you guys are taking long for order to be ready which is fine since i was not in hurry. Today May 10, I went to Lowes to pickup my order and customer services tells me with an attitude that my order got cancelled because I did not pick it up within 7 days. Sooo annoyed - after setting up multiple delivery days - I would get a call after delivery time to tell me it won't be delivered. I'm so annoyed I ordered from them again know this problem- and I'm in the same boat with another set of appliances.. �����
