Worse experience ever with 2 very rude employees at Lowe's; Sherra and Ashley in the Contractor Sales Department. I have 8 renovated houses and have shopped exclusively at Lowe's, never again. I will drive right past them and take my business to Home Depot or 84 Lumber!
May want to consider fixing your parking lot lights. From where I sit there are 11 lights not on. Those are just the ones in my line of sight.
I wasted 6 hours yesterday, including 3 trips trying to get 3 locks with re keying only 2 of them. I wish the employee would have told me they had no idea how to do it. I would have not wasted my time. Customer service did all they could, but let's face it, the staff is not keeping up with the new products. Ill take my $900 somewhere else next time.
Need a new paint lady, one that doesn't mind helping you. I just bought a house and have a lot I want to do. Some helpful tips or advice would be nice but you won't find that there. I'll just go back to Home Depot
