Bought a brand new washing machine, and they gave me a broken washing machine. Every time I call for the status of my order no one seems to find my order in the system. Customer Service name John was very rude, Robert and Terrel the managers didn’t know what they were doing, very rude and not very helpful. I left several messages for the store manager Billy Thompson 4 times and I never got a call back. Every time I call for him, he’s always busy. It took a month to finally get my washing machine.
Purchased a washer from Lowes instead of Home Depot because Lowes promised next day delivery. Called at 7:00 am Friday and told delivery will be between 4:00 & 6:00 Friday. Driver calls @ 5:30 and says he is out of drive time (msdot) and he cannot tell me if the washer will be delivered until Monday. Manager says it will deliver Saturday morning. We'll see. On hold for 30 minutes just to speak to a manager.
RecommendedI get a special wood at Lowe's in Gulfport about once a month for my art (only available at that store). I was stopped by 2 employees there today, in different departments, who have friended me on FB apparently as a result of my visits thete and they yelled out my name excited to see me "in person". I was stunned and humbled today at how far our art reaches randomly touching people hearts. Lowes - you have such great people working for you! 😃

Called and asked if the store will price match a shed we bought from another local Lowe’s who had it cheaper. The girl on the phone said all we needed to do was bring our receipt in and they will honor the price. My husband drove 30 minutes over there only to be told that they won’t honor the price. The management was rude and acted like we were lying. The little girl who answered the phone denied ever saying that to us once her manager was in front of her. Terrible customer service.
I bought a window a/c unit to super cool a sick room for my wife. My wife passed away in the hospital before we could get her home. Tried to return unopened box and was told that it couldn't be returned without a receipt (I misplaced it) as it was a seasonal item.
