I've been a Lowes customer for years...today I went to purchase a house full of blinds to finish my project....I waited for 7 minutes while a lowes employee explained to a new employee in training how to cut blinds.....once I had an opportunity to get a word in the employee that was training the new employee held her hand up to me and said SIR IM TRYING TO TRAIN A NEW EMPLOYEE SO I CAN GO TO LUNCH....I walked out of the store... This place doesn’t have a clue on what is going on. There is no way they are following the guidelines of how many people are suppose to be in the store. The curbside pickup is a joke. After waiting the three hours for the confirmation email that my order was ready we drive 20 min to the store. Stay on the phone with it ringing for 10 then it took 20 minutes for him to bring it out to us. Then it was the wrong item. Then I had to go inside which I had tried my hardest not to do to return. Wanted to purchase new counters. After the way we were treated, I fully understand other places value my money more than Lowe’s does.
this has to be the slowest slowes I've ever been to. it took 25 minutes to for the two people in front of me to get processed through the return lane. the check out is the main reason I can't stand to go there. frustrating to say the least
