Spent nearly $8,000 there in the past 3 months went in today to exchange a faucet that broke and they locked my ID said I can't exchange a $80 product for 48 hours. Very bad customer service and will be taking my business else where in the future.
Excellent event yesterday to support the MDA. everything was very well organized. We were one of the vendors.
Bought a refrigerator it was delivered the next day within the specified time. The delivery and installation went smooth and the installer was very nice overall great customer service.
Paid for top quality carpet. INSTALLATION WAS HORRIBLE. Seams in the carpet visible everywhere. Carpet was not pulled tight. Have been trying to 2 days with no show appointments and run arounds, no one takes responsibility or shows up to fix it. Second day in a row of NO SHOW appointments. SO totally unacceptable.
