Store 0613 was a nightmare to deal with! Everything my husband and I picked out that was on sale was not actually on sale and the sales associate and customer service were not helpful at all in matching the price and what not! The store is a mess and customers are the ones who are getting ripped off and are getting frustrated and getting their time wasted as a result. Joy in appliance was an absolute joy to work with. She was personable and efficient, got my Lowe's card application done and approved quickly, got us setup with all the accessories we need to setup our new appliances, and got our delivery setup painlessly. So far, she has been one of the best experiences we've had since we started the home buying process, and you can rest assured we'll be back for all of our home improvement needs!
