Having a horrible experience with the Naples Florida store with 900 dollars in blinds. Idiots. Nothing better to say . Still don’t have them and say it will be 3 more weeks. Won’t get another dime from me.
They have terrible customer service, rarely answer the phone when you call. Off to Home Depot for me. Lowes sucks!
Horrible customer service. Ordered and paid in full for garage attic ladder and installation m. It took 3 months to arrange for install. Installer arrived with defective ladder that he said was unsafe. I called store and finally reached someone after half hour of no one answering phone. Woman in installation sept finally answered and was extremely rude and unprofessional. Never experienced such poor customer service. Save your money and go to Home Depot
They don’t staff the pick up desk or pull the orders for pick up, even after they notify you that your order is ready. A 35 min wait to pick up an online order Is not acceptable.

After years of liking this store I think I’ll be done with them for good. Unless someone remedies the injury by replying to my post and showing they want me as their customer in 15 minutes!
They are unable to answer simple questions about what they have and don't have. They are a complete waste of your time. This is another store in Naples where people are there, but they don't want to work.
