I Purchased a light from the store yesterday, when I went to hang the light today one of the bulbs that came with it was broken. I came back to this location to replace the bulb and found out that you sell lamps that you do not carry the replacement bulbs for. That is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard! I have a Lowe’s card and buy from them all the time. I recently got a refrigerator and the delivery people didn’t know how to unplug the ice maker from my old fridge so ended up leaving the new fridge on the side, and left my old fridge there. A month later my dishwasher was finally in stock and got delivered, once again they left it there and never took the old one nor plug the new one in. Terrible service!!! Who does that!? I’ll be calling on Monday to address this.

needs to have better customer service
Ordered custom kitchen cabinets and counter top. Poor communications and the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. Emails go unanswered and they don't call back like they tell you they will. I was told the project could be installed in 4 to 6 weeks. Going on 8 weeks now and installation still not scheduled. My entire renovation project has come to a halt and is costing me money while waiting on cabinet installation. If you are on a timetable, allow extra time for them to get to you.
Not enough staff to help whether calling Or in person. Very disappointing!
