Wife was in lighting 4 employees walked by. Not one sayed hi may i help you. Only employee that offered her help was Larry in Hardware.
We bought a gas range and the customer service was terrible to top all that off the Assistant Manager Rob called me to address my concerns but was completely argumentative if you or anyone you know needs a appliance go any where but Lowe's in Altoona.
Worst customer service ever! They don't know how to communicate and have messed up my appliance order I don't know how many times.
