out of every product I looked for. True disappointment. No customer service at all. �. 7 months later 10/6/2017 again bought a 193 pound cabinet for $250 and could not get ANYONE to help load it. Seriously plenty of people standing around talking to each other.
Just go to Home Depot. Tried to order a dishwasher 3 times yesterday. They have one, no they don't, yes they do. Supposedly they called me to cancel. Then said I called and cancelled. They claimed some sort of 11/11 computer problem. Drove all the way from Hudson for nothing. On my way to Home Depot now.
Should have known better and gone straight to Home Depot. What is the point of having a floor department: if I have to go to hardware ailse, for cement board screws, paint department for mesh tape ....I get you want me to look around but give me a break
I waited a total of 48 minutes to talk to someone. (Traveled from Hudson to Land O'Lakes) When I finally was able to talk to someone, I asked them to connect me to the Manager so I could make them aware of the phone challenges, she put me in hold. 7 minutes later I was disconnected??? I called back to only be put on hold again! You do know Home Depot is only 25 minutes up the road, right? RIDICULOUS!!!
Big thanks to Sam in appliances for helping me to exchange my washer and dryer out and not giving me a hard time like a lot of places do! So glad I bought them from you guys instead of Home Depot! Also Jessica helped me pay my bill and even called customer service so that I could change my address! Since I just moved I lost my bill so I didn't know how much and when to pay it so of course I got a late fee because I was 5 days late but customer service even waived it! Keep up the excellent customer service!
Beautiful store but it lacks choices. I can't never find what I'm looking for. They made a pretty store but not for shopping.
