RecommendedI recommend this Lowe’s because of the lovely help Shawn provided for me and my sister in law. We came to the store with big plans for two chairs but had a little problem with them fitting in my Jeep. But that was no fight for Shawn and his really great thinking! “ he has had a lot of practice with fitting big things on his smaller bike himself” so he put them chairs in the back and tied down the back. Woods warped, appliances dented & delivery a joke. Staff is friendly though.
They are great. They have great service and they support tge LOL HS Lady Gator softball team.
Hire more people,line to mgr,train people better,I could go on and on,guess I’ll shred my card and go back to homedepot

GET RID OF YOUR 3rd party delivery company! instore service was great, but delivery was an absolute disaster! This delivery company called 20 minutes before the END of the delivery window of 8pm this evening to say that the delivery had to be rescheduled but it couldn't happen until Wednesday at the earliest! Smh.. tried calling. just ABC because, LOWE'S hired them, LOWE's should be held accountable. spent 25 minutes on the phone with Lashawn only to be transferred BACK to the delivery company (despite my telling her that I ... read more
Lowe’s is amazing!! They had a Build and Grow event today and our son couldn’t make it but they let us take the supplies home for him! He’ll be so excited!!
