Never buy an appliance from Lowes. Cannot stand behind their products for more than 30 days. We bought a washing machine broke in 60 days. Their response "Sorry, we only have 30 day policy"!! Even Target and Walmart have 90 days return policy! And the nasty attitude is too much. Never buy from Lowes again!!
Generally good store. Received some good help from representatives several times.
I live in a 75 year old home. You can imagine that there is always something to fix. I am so happy Lowes came to Lutz! I am there at least once a week and I have not had one bad experience. I only wish it was a larger store, like the one on Bruce B. Downs Blvd. so there would be more of a selection.
One person working the entire paint department on a Sunday morning. 5 people in line. Told a 30 min wait to get 2 gal of paint. Quickly becoming the WalMart of home improvement stores.
Lowe’s in Lutz is by far the most disorganized store. Massive turnover and McDonalds style training with poor customer service. I tried to buy a simple 3’ tubing that was labeled wrong. I waited at the register for 10 minutes while the section manager went to check pricing. He was too lazy to walk back up and confirm pricing so he tied to call the register but the cashier was too busy to answer phone. I got tired of waiting chose spend my money elsewhere.
Have lived in Spring Hill,Land O Lakes area for a year now and frequent the Lowes on 54. We were there almost daily in the beginning and have never really had a problem with their customer service, in fact if an employee can’t find what you need they will get someone who does.
Love my neighborhood Lowe's. I was a HD fan for the longest time but I am won over and Belinda Vasquez rocks!!!
We waited on Saturday from 6 am to get into your store at 7. Computer systems had crashed. We waited until 8. We knew you were out of plywood but you said you had enough water for two cases per person and fence panels. 8:30 you and the police tell everyone that since your systems were still down you would not be opening at all. We ordered plywood yesterday in anticipation of the hurricane and paid for it in advance and our credit card was charged. Today, we were supposed to get it delivered. This afternoon, you call us to tell us that you sold our wood to someone else and have no more!!! Your brilliant solution to the problem was to refund our money. Are you kidding me! I am completely disgusted at your customer service and will no longer shop at your store. If this storm impacts the Tampa bay area you now have put my family and home at risk!
