Was here with a friend. Sales person was very helpful. They knew exactly where my friend could find the item they needed.
I had he worst experience with lowes to the point where I'm returning washer dryer and range along with all the outlets I have purchased and will be talking to my attorney in the morning I don't take kindly to being lied to about warranties and poor attitudes. Lowes just lost a customer that just bought a house to remodel.
They love to pass you around on the phone. But no one knows how to help.
We are trying to have Lowe's in BZN install a shower door in our new bathroom. Well they guarantee someone will call you in 48 hours well 5 days later we got a call but now will wait 2 more days to make an appointment that will be at least 2 weeks out. On other occasions we have gone to Lowe's and have actually needed assistance which took at least 10 minutes to talk to anyone. When we did talk to someone they had no knowledge at all. They took our number and we got a call 5 days later but had found what we needed elsewhere.... read more
What a joke! I ordered flooring and Kendall made a "typo" and ordered the wrong product. I will never step foot in that shit show store again!
DO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM LOWES. We bought a gas range from them, and it didn't work. We called to see if we could return it, and they sent a repair man out. It still didn't work. Then they sent another repair guy out... we had to wait 3 weeks for a part. Again, it didn't work. Then we called Lowes and asked if we could exchange the oven and they told us since it was 30 days past the time that we bought it, they couldn't do anything about it, (those 30 days we spent waiting for a repair guy). Went in to return item and was accused of stealing the item...if return desk was open would have seen me come in with item. Not to happy with what we have spent on things there, then treats me this way, hello home depot
store had sink faucet on clearance, after 30 minutes of back and forth from cashier to sales rep on the floor; "someone mislabeled the item", REALLY?? They lost the sale and a customer, maybe next time lowe's.....when you get on a ladder and climb 15 feet up to a display to label an item, try labeling it correctly. We also brought back a DELTA faucet part that was clearly manufacturing defect and were told "bring back all the parts if we wanted a replacement", which means destroying the whole shower to get all the parts out ... read more
