Awful Awful Customer service - spent over 3,000$ in this store this week , nothing but excuses for a no show prepaid delivery. And when I call “ they are with a customer, they will call you back” No call back- no solutions- no response. Don’t shop here, not worth it. Cannot purchase from another store until my money is refunded- no refund until I can speak to someone AND in the middle of being quarantined - go to the actual store .
Had a great experience at Lowe's today, but my receipt sadly did not invite me to give a survey, so here is my 2 cents: Carol in flooring super helpful getting me set up for the last stage of my carpet install. The fellow at terminal 12 got me checked out in good cheer even with the challenges of no change, running to shut off a goofy alarm, and busy going on all around him. I love you guys, but I will be glad when my reno is over lol!
No one answers the phone when you try to contact them. I purchased a riding lawn mower which was supposed to be assembled and ready when it was delivered. Mower was delivered and the box hadn't even been opened...nothing was done. Several bolts were missing for the bagger system and I tried to talk to a manager but no one ever calls back.. Terrible customer service and won't purchase from them again!!!!
low quality products. The service department they use is absolutely incompetent
Can’t get help. Every time I go in there, no one is willing to help. No one seems to be willing to show you where products are. They’d rather guess and let you figure the rest out. Was going to buy the rest of my lawn and garden things to get my yard and gate set-up, but I’m going to Home Depot instead since they are willing to help customers. So I have Lowe’s gift cards I won’t be using!
Took me 5 minutes to decide which mower I wanted, 15 more to get someone to help me get it. Even though I had been waiting longest, they helped two men before me. Hmmm.

We bought a grill that was just too big for our car. One of the employees, Hil, loaded the grill into her personal truck and delivered it to our home! Seriously good people!
15 minutes and counting just to get a propane refill, not cute
