Lowe's is getting worse by the day Manager only worries about bonus! You treat the employees like crap run off seasoned employees and hire know nothing personnal. The products you have in store have been cheapened down to meet a price point in order for you to carry. And a time long ago I could go in talk with personnel that had been with you many years but no longer. So much of your products are worthless. Get it together or please close your doors and let another hardware store come to town!!!
Lowes customer service sucks...it their new system there trying
On Friday we had to go to plumbing dept. we had a outstanding young man to help us . He was very mannerly, knowledgeable. Help my husband way and beyond just not assisting him. Gave him advise that saved him a lot of time on his plumbing project. Only thing I didn't get his name , he had a pig-tail on top of his head. I do want you to try to found him and tell him what a good employee he is.

If I could give a NO STAR review I would .....Customer no service strikes again! Many (50+) phone calls to Lowes (Wake Forest NC )store mgr, the Project manager, the installer ( 5 no shows/ no phone calls telling me he isn't coming)& corporate office.... Finally....after 180 days Lowe's installed my windows! Now Lowe's, the Project manager & the installer got paid in full what do they do for me the customer who took off work to sit at home waiting for a no show installer 5 times???? 1/2 of the installation cost???
