8/29/20 purchase a LG refrigerator and dishwasher along with 5 year extended warranty 294.97. Spent 4,503.62. Delivered wrong refrigerator on 8/30. Already sold ours. Called store and Mia took care of us. Since the correct refrigerator needed to be ordered allowed us to keep incorrect refrigerator. We had to purchase 2nd refrigerator (3,045.38) and were told first of November delivery date. Bought a fireplace from them Mooresville Store and they asked me if I needed it to be assembled which I said YES. Delivery date was October 29th, they didn't show up not even called. When I called them they apologized and offered me next day delivery AND assembly. They show up next day with the fireplace in the BOX (delivery is a third party they dont assemble). Ordered a washer and dryer scheduled for delivery yesterday.. never got a call Saturday night to confirm so I called the delivery was shipping 5/28, I asked them to change it because we don't have a w/d at this time and he confirmed for today... now today I'm calling up because yet again no call last night to confirm delivery time and now its schedule for Sunday May 31st. I am never buying from lowes again. I'm also requesting for a discount for this because absolutely horrible service.
The store manager donated gloves and mask to my facility/job at a local nursing home! So awesome! So grateful!
still for the 2nd weekend in a row, ABSOLUTELY no social distancing, Every single parking spot filled. YOU are part of the problem Lowes!!!! If anyone does from being in your store, it will be your fault. Any church, or store is gambling with peoples lives, which is murder by the way. Add some brains and shut your store. You are contributing to killing people by allowing your store to turn into a sardine can.
The best customer service! Tommy from the Pro desk helps my husband all the time, yesterday he helped us with a new refrigerator! Super helpful and a great attitude!
Lowe’s Home Improvement could care less about their customer service. I just called the customer care number and feel like I was completely ignored. Your failure to meet a scheduled delivery of a refrigerator on Monday became my problem to overcome and adapt to. I just cancelled the order and will shop somewhere that at least attempts to make the customers feel valued.
