Ordered appliances thanksgiving week. said it was going to be 3 weeks. We are now looking at maybe early January. Every time this location has a sale the product is out of stock. The manager that helped my wife yesterday was rude and discourteous. I'll go to Best Buy next time.
Lines are 12 deep at the Mooresville store.. One register open and a clerk is petting dogs! Seriously? I am consistently disappointed in this store. I go online to see if they have what I need in stock...when I get to the store item can’t be located because they are rearranging. Get it together. Trust me...travel to Troutman store and avoid this place. Hard to believe this store isn’t run better especially since corporate headquarters is a few miles away.
Lowes you have the worst customer service EVER. You tell us you are coming to replace a fridge who was delivered with the wrong color. Then the fridge delivered had an issue. You leave your customers on hold on the phone for 45 minutes. Then promise you will call after 30 minutes.Which by the way NEVER happened. It’s the last time we deal with you. NEVER AGAIN!!!
Customer service about a one month old microwave that caught on fire is very disappointing. Have spoken to 5 people and was told the Director of Operations would call today by 5pm. Have heard nothing!! Got in touch one hour after fire, the next day, and the next day(today). Still waiting to hear when new microwave will arrive and be installed!!
It's Sunday morning going to get some lumber had to go back out to parking lot and get a cart none in store trying to get down lumber row all blocked off had to wait about 15 minutes one side go to other side same another 15 minutes go to check out and 1 cashier open manager walking around ask if they had another cashier that could open reply was no they had people call in ask why he couldn't open told he was not aloud to this was my worst experience here so why do they keep laying people off if management can't do the jobs ... read more
