NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE TELEPHONE!!! THEY MAKE HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS OF DOLLARS BUT CANNOT HIRE STAFF TO HELP A CUSTOMER OR SOMEONE TO ANSWER THE TELEPHONE!
I have been a customer for many years and have spent thousands of dollars at Lowe’s while I was remodeling my home . Today for two gallons of paint , for $20 , they have lost my business . The color on the outside does not match the color in the gallon - I tried to return it and the manager said I could not - they would have to throw it away . All I wanted was to return and purchase the correct color - I went down the road to Home Depot and got it there . Bad customer service Lowe’s !! Over $20 !!
Took my parents to buy appliances & I ended purchasing my new Samsung stove & microwave.. Could not beat the great price. They on the other hand sat down & enjoyed the Christmas scenery
Let two trucks sit in the loading area for 45 minutes blocking the entire thing for everyone else. THEN we purchased 85 bags over $200 worth of concrete which is 2.5 pallets they want to charge us for the pallets. Nope, you can make your poor employees unload bag by bag for $13 each pallet you charge. It's costing you more in your employees time! Ridiculous!!
Seems like one Lowe's has just a certain amount of what you need, than they send you to two or more locations just to get what you need. This happened during Christmas time. We went to four different locations and still didn't get enough lights. Yesterday we went to the Lowe's on Goliad rd, only had four drapes, had to go to Lowe's on 35 yo get the rest. Not good. Also got a lemon refrigerator, never made it good. Still have problems. First thing they said when I wanted to exchange it, they said sorry, you missed the deadlin... read more
