Every box I have purchased in the last few days from your store at the Rim in San Antonio has got two sections on each side that have to be cut before you can fold the flaps over. Really tedious to have to stop and do that every time I'm putting a box together to pack for moving. Medium and small sizes in regular and heavyweight. I have photos. I ran left my headlights on and my car battery died. Since I'm weary of asking strangers for a jump I asked the store management if it would be o.k. for one of the employees to jump my battery. I was told "No." Really? In Texas? It is apparently a "liability issue" to help out a stranded customer. I really feel like gathering up the $300 worth of things I bought here the other day and taking my business else where.
