but employees have a real bad attitude. they're not willing to help anytime you ask something they act like if you're bothering them. had a real bad experience to the last two times out there try to be my last time..
Kudos to Lowe's. At this time it is one of the only businesses leaving it up to its customers whether or not to wear a mask. While I have had my issues with Lowe's (like everyone does with every big box store) this pro-freedom stance is something that will keep my loyalty for years to come. More power to anyone who wants to wear a mask, but it should be a personal choice, not a requirement to buy groceries.
An employee by the name of Melissa was working. I informed about getting shopping carts outside and the parking lot was full on them. There were not any in the front entrance, I had also told her ( I had just brought in about 35 carts to help out the customers and employees ! She replied ( next time don’t volunteer)
NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE TELEPHONE!!! THEY MAKE HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS OF DOLLARS BUT CANNOT HIRE STAFF TO HELP A CUSTOMER OR SOMEONE TO ANSWER THE TELEPHONE!
I have been a customer for many years and have spent thousands of dollars at Lowe’s while I was remodeling my home . Today for two gallons of paint , for $20 , they have lost my business . The color on the outside does not match the color in the gallon - I tried to return it and the manager said I could not - they would have to throw it away . All I wanted was to return and purchase the correct color - I went down the road to Home Depot and got it there . Bad customer service Lowe’s !! Over $20 !!
Took my parents to buy appliances & I ended purchasing my new Samsung stove & microwave.. Could not beat the great price. They on the other hand sat down & enjoyed the Christmas scenery
it's always clean and every time we go there the employees always ask us if we need help unlike other places where we have to hunt to even find someone. They always have everything in stock and organized.
