The delivery service is terrible. Trying to get clear info after the delivery has not been made was impossible. I had to come to the store and get this straightened out because no one knew what to do. Bob FINALLY helped when I showed up at the store. I try to use Lowe’s when I need things but this experience will definitely discourage me in the future.
My central a/c unit give up on me. Went to lowes to buy a window a/c unit. I opened the box and oh surprise it has a BIG dent in one side! Thanks lowes never again!!!!
Went on Sunday evening, and it's so glomming in there not enough people at cash register only one and one at customer service and the self checkout didn't work what's going on ? Well! Probably the company wants to safe money
The customer service at this store sucks! Nobody is wiling to help. When you do stop someone they say its not their department when they do come help, they don’t know squat about the product. I can always go somewhere else. This is why more and more brick and mortar stores are closing.
Horrible service I wish I could give them no stars
