Always understaffed. I work in construction so I'm normally in a home improvement store multiple times in a week, every time I come back here I get terrible customers service. Why do all your employees seem to hate their job? Why is it impossible to get help in any given isle or department, and when I do manage to get somebody they're short with me, give me inaccurate answers or screw up(I've got stories) Disappoints every time.
your employees need to be more friendly more helpful I went yesterday October 5th Saturday 2019 I was there around 2 p.m. on Callaghan Road nobody was helpful at all and I still bought a metal security screen door next time I'm going to homedepot better
