They are short handed on Sunday so, it took 38 minutes to get someone to cut two pieces of wood.😞 while we were waiting they lost two other customers. Not good customer service
Horrible! There's never an employee available to help you find what you need, and the ones i found didn't have a clue of where the items i needed were.
Amazingly bad customer service here today. I waited in line for almost 15 minutes to checkout. I was the 3rd person in line, but one transaction was taking forever for some unknown reason. The line stretched behind me for a number of additional customers. The cashier went back and forth to the managers office twice, and the manager peeked around the corner but did nothing. I finally left the line to complain very sternly. That did it! Two managers flooded out of the office and opened 2 new checkout lines. This place is worse... read more
Did an online order for convenience and it was actually quite the opposite. The order was sent to the wrong store (30 minutes away from me) and then once we got to the store, it took 45 minutes in the pick up line.... last time I do that..
