Bought an LG washer and stack kit. Delivered washer but no stack kit. Brought stack kit out a few days later only to tell me they can’t install because dryer is not new.LG had already confirmed stack kit would be fine with new washer. I would not recommend this store to my worst enemy.
I will never shop with Lowes again such a terrible company.
Took landmower for warranty repairs to found later a charge for the same warranty work without my knowledge.
took me 20 minutes to find someone to roll her eyes at me when I asked for help. she said she would call someone to help me. 38 minutes later, I went to customer service and waited another 15 minutes before I got help.
Great Prices...great salesman....everything was great....except for the crappy old woman who interrupted my sale and then dresses down the salesman....if you can't wait your turn and be nice....STAY HOME
