I purchased major appliances and 14 days later haven't received my delivery and can't get anyone on the phone to tell me where my over $2000 in purchases are...I was told my delivery would be Sunday 4/26...can't get costumer service assistance, no manager assistance, no one calling to let me know status....and no one answering phones..I have phone records to show the number of calls I've made and each time have been disconnected. Any recommendations on what to do next, I really don't want to go back to the store but I guess ... read more
Store advertising Curbside pickup...Waited at Curbside parking for 30 minutes contacting number on Parking space and extension, tried calling customer service over and over as well, watched other customers doing the same...no answer at all to any numbers. Left without my product.

This location couldn’t cut plywood, per the manager’s “new policy”. Lost this sale, hardware sale, and future business. This was such poor customer service.
