Was waiting for over 15 min at the door and Windows department and no one came to help me, all I want it to know was, where I could fine a screen door grille, unfortunately I'm taking my business across the street.

I was in the process of ordering blinds from lowes. Went there on the 8th of April and placed an order to have installation done by lowes tech. who was to call within 48 hours...no call ....I called friday person said he had till 5pm...still no call back....Monday morning no call....so i called again...Lowes in Palm Bay is not professional and I would not recommend there service.....Supposed to be Guaranteed satisfaction......well that did not happen....What a waste of time.....I was to wait 1-1/2 weeks for installation. ...... read more
