Lowe's treats Veterans right. Veterans parking, discounts.
Actually, the store isn't bad when you can get some help finding what you need. Their delivery sucks bigly. I just stayed home all day waiting for a delivery, then spent hours on the phone trying to find someone who could track it when it didn't show up. Though I had been told it would be delivered today, now I'm told I'll MAYBE get a call tonight or tomorrow to set up delivery on WEDNESDAY. Really? Sure, I have nothing better to do but sit around and wait. 😕
#Lowes installed 38 #hurricanewindows and all 38 leaked for 5 months until I got them reinstalled using a local builder. Wooden paneled walls ruined and oak floors swollen with each rain. Lowes claims finally got involved and offered me less than I paid for reinstall and nothing for the wet and moldy walls in my house. Stay far away from these guys.. . #Lowes installed 40 hurricane windows which leaked for 6 months & now claims department trying to tell my new installer how to reinstall the windows in the cheapest possible way instead of writing him a check. Pressed the help button and waited for 5 minutes. Here comes a employee walking down the isle and he pressed the button to stop the call for service and he never stopped to ask if I needed help. What a horrible experience I will never go back to that store again thank you for being there if you aren’t going to help
Hire some cashiers. if I wanted to check myself out I'd order from Amazon. Today your parking lot was packed yet not a single lane opened other than self check out. Customer service is what sets you ahead of your competition.
